Return & Refund Policy

Timeline: As per commerce ministry guidelines, any eligible refund shall be processed and credited within a maximum of 10 working days.

Eligibility: Due to the nature of digital goods (instant access/downloads), refunds are generally only applicable if the digital product/license key is proven to be invalid, defective, or inaccessible due to a system error on our end, and reported within 3 days of purchase.

Method: Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
